Holistic Review on German Regeneresen RN13 for geriatrics and anti-aging.

    We recommend Regeneresen RN-13 plus Black Cherry Capsules. 

RN-13 can be ordered without prescription in all pharmacies in Germany, but usually is not available in other countries. (Available in Mexico but at twice the cost.) RN-13 is an intra-muscular injection of glandular extracts with herbs. The instructions suggest multiple injections over a short time, presumably to suit people who visit health spas. We suggest regular injections once or twice monthly. Some people take it weekly but this usage should be monitored. RN-13 is designed to rejuvenate the glands of elderly people. We find RN-13 to be an ideal supplement for almost everyone over 30.

    RN-13 causes a noticeble increase in energy and wellbeing, similar to taking an entire range of supplements. 

As such, RN-13 is practical and inexpensive. The one side effect is a slight increase in uric acid. The same as if eating fish or similar high-nutrition foods. We believe this side effect can be eliminated by taking two Black Cherry Capsules twice daily. (See section j2.) Also as always suggested for everyone, sip spring water regularly and moderate your intake of coffee, tea, chocolate and sugar.

    A box of 10 RN-13 in 5 ml vials currently costs about 120 Euros. 

The bar code is PZN-1583363. You only need to visit Germany for a day if you phone a pharmacy ten days ahead and then fax your credit card information. Also ask for a tax refund form. RN-13 can keep for years in the vegetable bin of a refrigerator. (Do not place in the colder sections.) There is a 2.5 ml but the cost is not much less. Possibly to save money, 2 people can share each vial of 5 ml, although 5 ml seems the optimal dose. We have never been asked for a prescription, either in Germany or by USA customs. We bring 5 boxes and declare this on the customs form as "Regeneresen nonprescription herbal tonic made in Germany." However if you happen to see a doctor in Mexico or Germany, we would suggest a prescription.

    It is fairly easy and painless to inject yourself in the inner thighs with a fine diabetic needle. 

German pharmacies sell an equally fine and a bit longer version, 26G x 1", technically better if you are brave enough. Inject very slowly, but the needle must be held steady. Alternate between the right and left leg each time. We also suggest shining a bright light to avoid any obvious blood vessels, although this probably doesn't matter.

    Important notes: 

• RN-13 is liquid so you can not carry it onto a plane. Put in the luggage.
• It is legal to carry drugs and needles for your own use, but not for others.
• Do not bring over 5 boxes, a year's supply at maximum usage.
• If a customs agent asks if you are diabetic, do not say yes if you are not.
• If they ask what the needles are for, say to reduce the pain of any shots.
• If they ask if RN-13 is injectible, say it can be oral or injected, but before injecting you would ask your home doctor. Which you certainly should.
